Ivy Rehab engaged J. Gift Construction to complete a full commercial fit-out of a dual-suite facility at their Walnut Street Philadelphia location — simultaneously building out a physical therapy suite and a pediatric rehabilitation suite within the same space.
The project required precise coordination between trades, strict adherence to healthcare construction standards, and the ability to deliver two distinct clinical environments — each with its own layout, millwork, flooring, and finish specifications — on a single timeline.

Both suites were delivered on schedule and to Ivy Rehab's clinical specifications. The pediatric suite includes a dedicated sensory room, infant room, and speech therapy space. The PT suite features private exam rooms, a manager's office, and a full reception area.
The project demonstrated J. Gift Construction's ability to manage complex, multi-zone commercial buildouts in active healthcare environments — coordinating multiple trades while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout.

Kimberly Carotenuto is the operational backbone of J. Gift Construction. With five years on the team, she has built the back-office infrastructure that allows James to stay focused on what he does best — being on the job site.
Kimberly manages all client communications, handles the company's books, coordinates insurance and bonding requirements, oversees permit filing, and maintains OSHA compliance. When you call the office, you're talking to Kimberly.
Mason handles J. Gift Construction's digital presence, business communications infrastructure, and online operations — ensuring that the quality and professionalism of the work on the job site is equally reflected in everything the company puts online.
